Experts have trained artificial intelligence by applying a set of different images, both printed on a printer and drawn by hand. According to the researchers, the model manages to recognise drawings better than a human.
According to the author, drawing is the most powerful language of visual communication. Sometimes it has more flexibility and expressiveness than spoken language. Drawings are used to explore new ideas and communication, but AI had a hard time analysing and perceiving them.
