Dog breed with maximum “bad” genetic mutations

Having sequenced the genomes of 20 dogs of 8 popular breeds, the experts noted the maximum of “bad” mutations in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
According to historical records, dogs of this breed have existed for at least a thousand years and were popular at royal courts for a number of centuries in Europe and Asia.
