Streaming Max has lost the Harry Potter and Lanterns series

The upcoming high-budgetHarry Potter series, “Lanterns” based on DC’s Green Lantern comics, and the prequel to the feature-length “It””Welcome to Derry” dilogy will be produced under the HBO brand, rather than Max as previously planned. This change in strategy for Warner Bros. Discovery, HBO and Max CEO Casey Bloys said.
“Initially, we wanted to define the boundary between HBO and Max series. The idea of using well-known Warner Bros. production projects for Max seemed compelling at that stage.
